Do you offer free shipping?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $120AUD. All Tasmanian orders receive FREE shipping regardless of order value.

WHERE IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED FROM?

All orders are shipped from our HQ in Tasmania, Australia.

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?

Yes, we can deliver to any PO Box address worldwide.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (check your junk/ spam folder). Otherwise if you have an online account with us you can check the status of your order here.

MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN SENT BACK TO YOU. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In the event that your package gets sent back to us you will need to pay for the associated shipping costs again so that we may return the parcel to you. If your parcel is being returned to us due to refusal of payment of customs charges then Holly & Co AU Pty Ltd reserves the right to only refund 50% of the cost of the goods.
